Put in a replacement deck and stairs three years ago after twenty years of frustrating cleaning and fruitless preservation efforts on a Canadian cedar wooden deck. A good scrub with a deck scrub twice a year brings the Better Deck up like new every time. And not the slightest deterioration after three years."

“We luckily found Betterdeck after suffering the pain of dealing with a few other companies that promised everything and delivered nothing. Betterdeck was a god send assisting with the design and explaining the material. They offered suggestions on railing etc that we hadn’t even thought about. They even put in a gate so we could hide our bins underneath. The lead time for the material was perfect with no delivery issues. This material is brilliant in all weathers non- slip surface is great we are on the deck all year round and have not once felt unsure underfoot. We had some stairs built from the material and with the non-slip surface you couldn’t ask for better. As for maintenance we give it a pressure wash once a year and it comes up like new again can’t recommend it enough. It is just easy to live with you get to enjoy the deck not stuck staining / varnishing it. Betterdeck gave us a turn key solution by putting us in contact with a recommended installer. The team was excellent, and the project went like a dream. The product warranty is very well honoured by Betterdeck we had a small issue with a hand rail and contacted them. Once again, they handled it with no issues. They had an installer come out and replace the problem board with no hassle or fuss just sorted the problem board and even inspected the rest of the deck to ensure all was good. We have had no issue with the deck just love spending time out on it. The deck has turned our garden into another room. We have no problems recommending Betterdeck to everyone.”

"We had a very tired looking old timber deck which needed to be replaced badly, as some of the boards were in a bad state. The main reason for our decision in buying composite decking was, we didn’t have to refinish the deck every year! "Our composite deck has been down a little over 3 years. The deck is attached to our house and is at the same level as our floor indoors, so it’s constantly in use. The property is also 150 meters from the Atlantic Ocean, exposing the deck to mother nature. There isn’t any noticeable discoloration of the deck boards and the salt air doesn’t affect the material. We would have no problem recommending the BetterDeck products to family and friends."
