The Tropical Fruit Warehouse

BetterDeck® is delighted to be involved in another IPUT project. The Tropical Fruit Warehouse is an 80,000 sq. ft. landmark premium office development on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, in the Dublin south docklands overlooking the Samuel Beckett bridge and River Liffey. (Now occupied by TikTok)

Our Involvement:

  • Supplied our Alu-Joist™ support system and high-quality composite decking throughout the rooftop terrace and bleacher area.
  • Liaised with the architect/client throughout the project to confirm that all aspects of the design were taking into consideration.
  • Provided engineering, evaluation, and environmental reports for all materials provided by BetterDeck®
  • Took part in on-site meetings with the main contractor’s engineers before any materials were delivered to site.
  • Made ourselves available for on-site toolbox talk with site foreman and all relevant tradesmen.
