This project is a mixed-use development in the heart of Dublin city. The completed development consists of 265 high quality one and two bedroom apartments spread across four blocks ranging from three to seven storeys. It also includes a retail/café unit, a resident’s gym. BetterDeck’s Alu-Joist™ support systems were chosen for all the raised walkways throughout the complex.
The overall project involved the construction of 77 high-end luxury apartments in a new 9 storey residential building located on the south side of Dublin city. BetterDeck’s non-combustible, class A1 fire rated decking and our Alu-Joist™ decking support systems were chosen for all balconies throughout this complex.
