Elm Park Green Apartment Development

The overall project involved the construction of 77 high-end luxury apartments in a new 9 storey residential building located on the south side of Dublin city. BetterDeck’s non-combustible, class A1 fire rated decking and our Alu-Joist™ decking support systems were chosen for all balconies throughout this complex.

Our Involvement

Supplied 900m2 of Class A1 fire rated decking and our Alu-Joist™ support systems throughout the complex.
Liaised directly with the Developer, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers and Site Foreman throughout the project to confirm that all aspects of the design, logistics and installation were taking into consideration.
Provided engineering, evaluation, and environmental reports for all materials provided by BetterDeck®
Due to the very limited site storage space and time restrictions, BetterDeck collaborated closely with the main contractor to guarantee that all materials were delivered from stock at our warehouse to the site in a timely fashion.
